-affiliate program : this is the one that i chose .  here is the Principe you present to someone a product  on your blog - if you are thinking of starting a blog you may would like to read tips you need to know before starting a blog - or on your social media and if this person buy it via your affiliate link , you get a commission . without forgetting about the bonus that they offer from time to time and on your first click you get 5 dollar . you can also earn by using your referral link which means if you advice someone to work with them and they registered by using your referral link you can earn some commission . you can sign up via this link  affiliate gearbest

-free gifts cards : it's like a coupon , here is how it works : you buy something from gearbest with your own money then you make a review on your blog , YouTube channel , social media and of course you need to share the link of the product too . once you do all this steps go to the gearbest website and submit your review with in one month . the most important point is the numbers of view , so remember before you send them your review be sure that you have at least more than 100 or 200 views 


-pro program : if my blog was popular - or at least have a good amount of views - and if there wasn't any shipping problem to my country  i would choose this pro program . you just give them your platform and if they approve it ,you will although get a free products that suit your niche or you will get a discount on the product and after they see your review , they will reimburse you .


2- Aliexpress :
everyone know the popular website Aliexpress . actually i don't have to much things to say about it . it's the same story if someone buy a product via your affiliate links , you will earn a commission . furthermore they give you bonus if you can get audience from certain countries .

in conclusion :
you might read a thousands of post like this and you might be thinking " it's easy i need  just to post a link if people like it they will buy it " it's not that easy i got my first sell after like 2 months i start loosing hope and i say this is not for me , especially that the first sell came from google + which has been deleted  but the second one came from my pinterest . i believe one day if i master it well i can make more money in one day as they said " if you can make one dollar , than you can make more " this is my story  , just don't lose hope and learn more about it .

And welcome to another post of "story time " , I wanted to write this post a while ago directly after Ramadan but unfortunately for some reasons I couldn't .
 Probably you read or heard from the media or must be told by a Muslim friend about Ramadan . 

What is Ramadan ?? 

Ramadan is a holy month  in Islam . in this month Muslims fast from dawn till sunset , for 30 or 29 days straight . 

Do all Muslims fast ?

No , not all Muslims are allowed to fast  like children , old people , women during their period , pregnant women , those who travel , if the person is ill or have a chronic disease ...

But in some cases we have to re-fast those days like if someone is sick  he isn't obligated to fast so if he eats for like 3 days , after Ramadan he must re fast those 3 days  in other hand this rule doesn't apply to children , old people or those who have a chronic disease . 

How do Arabic countries  prepare for Ramadan ??

Ramadan comes only 1 time a year , it is a very special guest for us .
Before Ramadan each family start changing the home decor , buying new dishes and kitchen stuff ...
Even the streets will be decorated with lights in some countries like Egypte they decorate houses and streets with fanous in different sizes and shapes  .






The traditional food isn't only different from a country to another but also from a city to another . In our table at iftar time there is always burak , chorba , sharbat .... and for desert - my favorite part - kalb el louz , ktayef  , different kind of zlabia .


My journey in Ramadan

This is not only my journey but it's all Muslims journey too . i wake up before an hour to alfajar at like 3 am ( time is different from country to another ) to prepare our table and start eating , this is called shoor then at adhan alfajar we start fasting .always the first 2 or 3 days are difficult but after that we use to it .
 i go to sleep then wake up at 8 am to go to university and i finish at like 2 sometimes 3 pm . Take nape , helping me mother in the kitchen and preparing table then waiting for adhan Al magrahab to break our fasting which was about at 8:15 pm . 
At night usually Muslims pray salat tarawih at masjad or for those who don't go like me , we read Quran . 
And at 11 it's sahra time with zlabia , kalb el louz ...  this sweets are sold only in Ramadan but form time to time we can find them my favorite one called zlabia boufarik . 
After that you find 2 kinds of people those who sleep at 12 am then weak up at 3am and those who are still awake till 3 . 
For me this Ramadan was different because of my studies , usually I would sleep then wake up again , But this time I started revising my lessons at night while everyone was enjoying .
This is my routine for 30 days .
10 or 15 days before Ramadan end , Muslims start preparing for Eid which is the first day of the next month shawl , we buy new clothes , decorate the house , make cakes , buy balloons and games for kids ... Those days are really special , I don't know how to explain it but they have another taste , I mean don't you feel happy when you're preparing for Christmas . 







What does science say about fasting ?

Fasting has both physical and psychological benefits . 
let's start with the physical benefits  :

-  fasting 1 or 2 days a week can improve risks factor related to heart health . according to what we study at university the cholestrol is  transported by lipoprotien , the 2 most important type is LDL and HDL . the LDL transport the cholestrol to organs but HDL to the liver where there is its metabolisme , as we always say at med school LDL is the bad one and HDL the good one . so if LDL rate increase that will lead to formation of an atheroma plaque which block the artery , if it is coronary artery that's will lead to MI  .

-  decrease the risk of diabetes type 2 , i am going to explain why : adipose tissue cover insuline receptor which are located in muscluse and liver and that's why the insline can not fix on its own receptor so there isn't a stimulation of the cells to stoke the glucose and that why the glucose rate in blood increase .

- a study shows that fasting starve cancer cell and facilitates the chemo drug therapy , for more information read this article  .

 of course there is more benefits than that but i mentioned the most important 3 ones  . moving now to the psychological  benefits :

- brain dreived neurotrophic factor - BDNF- is a protien which increase during fasting and interact with neurons . BDNF helps to reduce depressive symptoms .

- increasing of BDNF inhibits memory loss , neuronal death and congnitive impairment .

- improve sleep quality . people who sleep the recommended daily hours have improved in physical and psychological health .

fasting and other religions 

fasting isn't only part of islam , it' also part of Christianity and Judaism .
in Christianity there is the daniel fast which is between 3 to 21 days , and  Lent, people fast for 40 days .
in Judaism , there is yum kippur known by the day of Atonement .

And welcome to another post , this time I will show you some places that I visited in my country Algeria known with the name of the country of one and half million martyrs . 

1- Chiffa :
 is a town located in Blida famous with its views and their special type of monkeys called magot .
 The view on the road is so beautiful just natural .

The best part is you can feed and see the monkeys on nature like not behind the cage not only in the zoo but also you can find them on the road .

2- martyrs memorial :

 it's called  Maqam Elchahid  in Arabic. It's located in Algiers the capital .
The monument was built in the memory of our heroes who sacrificed their life for us during the french colonization which was about 132 years . It's was opened in 5th July 1982  corresponding with the 20 the anniversary of Algeria independence .









3- military museum : I couldn't take pictures in the museum , it isn't allowed. There was guns and knife which has been used by our martyrs , martyr's uniform  , pictures from the massacre of 8 Mai 1945 here a resume of the story : France lost the war against Germany so they asked for the help of Algerian people to fight next to them and the price was giving Algeria its Independence , so they agreed to fight next to France . After the breaking news that Germany has surrounded , people in Steif and Galma did a peaceful protest to demand what France has promised them , their independence but the France military has responded by killing them , cutting their heads , throwing them of the bridge .... More than 
45 000 Algerian had lost their Life . 


Medals that Napoleon the 3rd had given to Emir Abdelkader in different occasions and also a scarf was given to him after he protected the Christian of France ( to be honest with you I didn't know about this story ) .

 there is also a Dress  which was worn by Algerian woman - I don't remember her name - the color of the dress was green with some red stripes she wore it with haik to represent the 3 colors of Algeria flag ( green , red , white ) during the celebration of the Independence in 1962  .
Old camera , statue of martyr , other things which represent the period of Ottoman Empire there was a lot of things .

4- this is where we parked our car , everything is green .  For me I think that we should from time to time  be in contact with the nature because it heals our souls .

1-Freelance : ask yourself what kind of job you are good at? Are you good at writing articles , making logo , translate an article to another language , photoshop ....

2-Photographer : yep you can turn your hobby into your income . of course search for a legit website that you can work with  and follow their rules , also don't  publish the picture  that you sell in the Internet . 

3-Websites reviews  : this is also a great choice for you , you can get paid between 10 to 15 dollars  for one review . You need to tell them what you didn't  you like in the website  , if there is an option that don't  work , what's they need to add ....

4-Blogging : there is so many many ways to make money from blogging  :
- ads : you can participate  in google  adsence  when all their rules apply to you , you can earn for every click , the price of one click change from a country to another also you get paid for every 1000 appearance  of an add in your blog . Google adsence  isn't  the only program ,  you can use other .

-affiliates  marketing : I know some bloggers  get their entire  income form working  with affiliates  programs  , I use gearbest  and aliexpress program for now -i wrote a post about the 2 programs you can read it here -. But there is other very known  like amazon,  sephora , share and sell . I applied  for share and sell  5 months ago  but I was rejected , and what I am going  to say now is so important you might not be accepted  in the first time but never give up some people  have applied  more than 3 times until they got accepted.


-paid post : you either can search  in Twitter  by using the hashtag blogger  required and see if their conditions  apply to you , or maybe some companies  will e-mail  you  in order to cooperate  with you but be sure it's  not a scam . You have to write a review in your blog in exchange with money or products . I got my first paid post after 8 months  from starting my blog .

- selling  course  or products : if you can teach people something  , you can start making and selling  your own course  try  to give them unique and simple information,  for products you  can sell like calender or something  that you  make , I don't  know use your imagination  .

5-Ptc : although it's  not my favourite method  . But I started with it when I was beginner . You  can earn money by clicking  adds and doing  offer ,  task  ..... 
the websites  I used and still using it sometimes called get paid you can read this post about it here .
if you search you will find many kind of ptc website like this but before using  it be sure that is not a scam .

6-cryptocurrency : which is a digital currency .
there is a lot of kind of crypto like bitcoin , bitcoin cash , ethereum , litecoin...

7-EBay store :  if you like to diy different things like jewelry , crochet gloves , hats or how about making phone cases with silicone or decorating transparent one or drawing printing pictures on mug or simply decorating  mug.... 
there is a lot of ideas , it's  up to you what you choose  based on what you like and what are you good at . And don't forget to open Twitter  account  to get more audience and interact with other artists .

8-March by Amazon  : this program don't  accept  all countries  . All that you need to do is to make designs to like print it on  the t- shirt or hoodies according  to a specific rules.  And when someone  buy it  , they will pay you certain percentage .
 You can't  use pictures or drawing from the Internet  or you are going to be expelled , here is a hint make a design  according to occasions  I mean  if it's  father day make a design  about this day , if it's  Halloween make a scary design  ... 
this will help you to increase  your  gain .
