the positive side of quarantine

hello everyone  and welcome back to my blog, it has been a long time since I posted anything here like almost 6 months. so since the outbreak of covid19 and the increasing of the number of cases and death, most of the countries started locking down cities - by the way, be safe and take care of yourself and your families and my prayer for those who lost someone due to this virus -  so since this started most of you in social media started complaining about staying at home, yeah !!  the point of this post is showing you the good side of this quarantine. well, the only positive thing is TIME, having more, more hours in your hand to accomplish your goals, to develop your skills, maybe to transform to the person that you always wanted. - maybe you always wanted to lose weight or to have abs, be fit, learn to dance, be more flexible ..... there are millions of workouts without using any type of equipments videos on youtube . for me I started following the ...
