trying rice water for hair growth

hello everyone

and welcome to another post of try it and review it . last time i posted my experience with coconut oil for hair , you can check it in this post here . and now for another review about rice water is it true that it will make your hair grow faster . before i start talking about how did i use it and my results let's take a look about rice water benefits

- rice water contain amino acid , vitamins B , C , E  which reduce hair fall and help  hair to grow faster . it also help you to get a shiny hair and get rid of dandruff .
- rice water also has skin benefits .
-most of people - including bloggers and youtubers- share this picture below according to them . woman who lives in china use to wash their hair with rice water that's why they have long , thick , shiny hair .

now let's talk about my own experience .

how did i make it

1- take 5 spoon of rice put it in a bowl than wash it with water to get rid of all the dirt, throw this water .

2- add water to the rice  .

3- leave it for 6 hours .  the color of water should look like that

4- when it's ready spray your hair with it , wait for 30 min then wash your hair .

i tried it for 4 weeks the first 3 weeks i used it twice and last week only one time .

NOW FOR THE RESULTS

nothing change , i didn't see a difference in my hair lenght or it texture .

i am pretty sure that i didn't do anything wrong this was the right way to use it , maybe it has a diffrent effect i mean maybe it works for others and for others don't .

what do you think ? did you try rice water before ? share your opinion with us :)
see you next time

No , not all Muslims are allowed to fast  like children , old people , women during their period , pregnant women , those who travel , if the person is ill or have a chronic disease ... But in some cases we have to re-fast those days like if someone is sick  he isn't obligated to fast so if he eats for like 3 days , after Ramadan he must re fast those 3 days  in other hand this rule doesn't apply to children , old people or those who have a chronic disease .  How do Arabic countries  prep...
